So what’s at the core of our success at Instinct?

Our semi-private personal training (SPPT) sessions.

We have developed and refined our semi private sessions over the past seven years.

We follow a planned structured system that incorporates whole body movements that look to develop your whole body strength.

We tailor sessions based on where you are currently at and where you want to get to, to get you the best results possible.

You’ll be working with no more than 4 people to a trainer.

We use supersets and tri-sets, using opposing body part movement and muscle groups so you get the best full body workout possible.

Our SPPT is the reason we have so much confidence in getting you the results.

A question we get a lot is: ‘How can it be personal, if it’s not one-to-one?’

Yes, individual coaching does provide a more tailored approach to get you towards your goals faster. However you can still get the same high quality coaching with the added motivation, focus and fun of a class dynamic with SPPT.

A group of like minded individuals getting together with a common goal creates a camaraderie with our coaches and adds to the quality of the sessions.

With SPPT you get the best of both worlds and the foundation our core programme is built upon.

It is also more cost-effective than one-to-one personal training and because we run sessions every hour, you’re more likely to find a slot that works for you.

We’ve been developing our method for over 7 years. We’ve seen it work for hundreds of clients – not only to get the results they want – but maintain them there after.

Sessions are designed to make workouts dynamic and fun so you keep coming back for more, SPPT provides all the building blocks of long-term fitness.
