At Instinct, we believe everyone should have the right support to move forward with their fitness, no matter your ability or goals. Our specific population classes cater for targeted groups, we tailor the sessions to meet the needs of the attendees.

Strength & Balance Class

A gentle exercise class for individuals over 60 that are new or returning to exercise.

The programme is designed to help boost confidence, improve strength, mobility, balance and stamina while maintaining bone health.

We run this class at Instinct on Wednesday and Friday at 1PM, and in Bunbury Village Hall on Thursday at 12PM.

£5 per class.
