I specialise in managing adult spinal conditions including degenerative conditions, spinal deformity, spinal trauma, tumour and spinal infections.
I have performed over 1,000 spinal operations including complex adult deformity corrections in both my NHS and private practice. I routinely give second opinions for my colleagues in complex clinical situations and am involved in dual consultant operating in complex cases.

My surgical practice includes traumatic injuries to the upper limb and elective hand/wrist surgery including nerve disorders (carpal tunnel syndrome and ulnar nerve procedures), ganglion and cyst excision, degenerative and rheumatoid disorders (small joint and wrist fusion) joint replacement (base of thumb, finger joints, and wrist replacement), Dupuytren’s disease (collagenase injection, fasciectomy, and skin grafting), and minimally invasive wrist arthroscopy procedures. I perform over 400 hand and wrist procedures each year.

Professor Nikhil Pradhan is a Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon.
I am a renowned knee and hip surgeon with more than 25 years’ experience in treating various hip and knee pain ailments including arthritis and sports injuries. I have extensive experience in personalised computer navigated surgery over the last 12 years. I am a pioneering surgeon in computer navigated i-ASSIST minimally invasive knee replacement and am the first surgeon to use this technique in the UK in 2013; I have one of the largest series in the UK. I am also a specialist in minimally invasive and robotic hip and knee replacements. I presently use the MAKO robotic-assisted knee replacement at Spire Manchester Hospital and ROSA robotic knee replacement for Spire Cheshire Hospital. I am an expert in the management of early arthritis in young patients and have extensive experience in knee injections including nStride injections and knee arthroscopy (keyhole surgery).

Miss Seema Prasad is a Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon.
I am a fully accredited consultant orthopaedic and trauma surgeon, specialising in foot and ankle surgery. I have more than 18 years’ experience in orthopaedic surgery, gaining valuable training in foot and ankle surgery at leading national foot and ankle units.
My current practice involves all aspects of foot and ankle disorders, including bunions, toe deformities, arthritis of the big toe, midfoot, hindfoot and ankle, Achilles tendon disorders, plantar fasciitis, flat feet, diabetic foot conditions, sports injuries of the foot and ankle and minimally invasive surgery. I have outstanding clinical and surgical expertise and experience.
I graduated from St Bartholomew’s Medical School, University of London in July 1999 and went on to complete my higher specialist orthopaedic training within the London and Mersey regions.

I am involved in the assessment and treatment of all patients with long term pain or acute exacerbations of pain. This includes shoulder, back, neck, neuropathic, chronic post-operative pain and complex regional pain syndrome. I specialise in the interventional treatment of chronic post-operative pain syndromes, shoulder back and neck pain with facet joint treatments including radio frequency and specific techniques for sacroiliac joint pain and coccydynia.

I am an expert in all aspects of scrotal surgery and I have a large amount of experience in all aspects of urological conditions. My areas of specialism and specific interests are: kidney stones – offering a full range of treatments, vasectomy reversal and assessment and treatment of recurrent urinary tract infections in women. The treatment of recurrent urinary tract infections is a major interest. I have been a consultant urological surgeon for over 15 years. I am an expert in all aspects of treatments for kidney stones and vasectomy reversal.
