From Thursday 4th April, our trainers will be heading to the Bunbury Village Hall every Thursday at 12PM-12.24PM due to the popularity of our Strength & Balance classes here at Instinct.
A gentle exercise class for individuals over 60 that are new or returning to exercise. The programme is designed to help boost confidence, improve strength, mobility, balance and stamina while maintaining bone health.
The class is for those who are 60+ in Bunbury and the class is £5 per class.
