What do you like to do in your spare time?
I love to go to the gym, do Method and Purestretch classes. I enjoy also walking, Yoga Nidra and Chakra alignment – all great for the mind, body and spirit!

Method! Full-body strength and conditioning exercises which boost cardio-vascular endurance!
What is your favourite exercise?
My favourite exercise has to be alternate arm kettlebell bell swings. They are an effective, all-in-one cardio and strength training exercise, targeting posterior chain, shoulders and core.

What is your least favourite exercise?
Mountain climbers and burpees! They make me sick ?
