Journey with Claire for the first sound bath of 2025 at Instinct Gym.
Gather round in a circle to set intentions for the new year ahead to bring positive changes and then snuggle down for an evening of connection to the healing vibrations of sound.
Claire will guide you into the experience using a short relaxation meditation, then spend the rest of the time resting as you receive healing sounds played by live instruments in the room.
There will be chance at the end to connect with others or simply to enjoy the soothing feeling offered by experiencing a sound bath and drink a herbal tea
