Instinct Hike

Head for the hills with the Instinct team! ⛰️💪
Sunday 7th September — join us for an epic free day outdoors in the beautiful Peak District. It’s all about fresh air, community spirit, and a little adventure!

We’ll be taking on the Three Shires Head walk — a circular, 6.2km route that will take roughly 120 minutes at an easy to moderate intensity. We’ll finish with relaxing breathwork and cold water immersion for those brave enough, led by Coach Vic.

Meet at 10am at Clough House Car Park at SK11 0BD.
