Instinct Hike

We’re taking Instinct outdoors.

Join us for a community hike up Moel Famau — the highest peak in the Clwydian Range — for a morning of movement, fresh air, and connection outside the gym walls.

This is a moderate-level hike, suitable for members with a reasonable level of fitness. The route includes steady inclines and uneven terrain, but we’ll move as a group and keep it social.

Expect:

Incredible panoramic views at the summit

A strong but steady pace

Plenty of laughs and good conversation

A group photo at the top (obviously)

This isn’t about racing — it’s about doing something challenging together.

Estimated Duration: 2.5–3 hours total

Ascent: ~60–75 minutes

Time at summit: 15–20 minutes

Descent: ~60 minutes

Most standard routes from the main car park are around 3–4 miles round trip depending on the path taken.
