Our Train classes are a mixture of high intensity, fast paced, strengthening workouts aimed to get your heart pumping, blood flowing and muscle building.

Instinct classes are designed to provide a full body fat burn with quick fire rounds to keep you on your toes, dynamic weights to tone and lots of endorphins.
