  • Having lost the use of a hand and arm, and with only one fully functioning leg I never expected to see the inside of a gym again. Instinct devised a programme to strengthen the leg and arm on which I am totally dependent. They are continually reassessing my programme, pushing me further and introducing new exercises which help maintain and improve my level of mobility. This makes me feel more optimistic about the future and helps me focus on what I can still do rather than what I can’t.
