INSTINCT/4 COMPETE Competition Day

We have created our own version of the famous ‘Hyrox’ challenge, with one month of expert preparation and training, we will compete in teams of 2 or 3 on 2nd December.

You must have joined the INSTINCT/4 challenge by 30th October in order to train for a month, and then take part in the  competition on 2nd December.
