Nick Hickley specialises in oculoplastic surgery (reconstructive and aesthetic) performing operations such as blepharoplasty, ptosis correction, eyelid cancer surgery, ectropion/entropion repair and watery eye (tear-duct bypass) surgery. He also specialises in routine and complex cataract surgery, including premium lenses, post cataract surgery YAG laser capsulotomy, and general ophthalmology & emergency eye care.

Mr Hickley graduated from the University of Leeds in 2009 and is a Consultant Ophthalmologist at the Countess of Chester Hospital where he is the clinical lead for the Emergency Eye Service and specialises in Oculoplastics and Cataract Surgery.

He has trained at some of the worlds most prestigious eye hospitals including Alder Hey Children’s Hospital and St Paul’s Eye Hospital in Liverpool before undertaking fellowships in oculoplastics, lacrimal and orbital surgery at Manchester Eye Hospital and Liverpool University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust.
