I needed to lose weight and felt that I needed to get fitter which would lead to a more positive frame of mind. I’d previously tried dieting and some increase in exercise. Coming to Instinct has resulted in a positive frame of mind, increased self-belief, weight loss and improved self-image.

Training here has changed my outlook on life and I feel confident that someone is supporting me making sure that the physical exercise I take part in is appropriate to my needs. I have achieved a level of fitness that a few years ago I would not have thought possible.
